How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us at:

Include the following details in your email:

  • Order number
  • Reason for the return
  • Photos or videos clearly showing the issue

You may also submit a request through our Contact Us form.

Return Approval & Shipping Label

Once we receive your return request, our team will review it and respond within 24 hours.

After approval:

  • We will email you a return shipping label
  • We will provide full instructions on how and where to send the product
  • Simply print the label and drop off the package as instructed

Refund Process

When the returned item arrives at our warehouse:

  1. We will notify you by email.
  2. Our team will inspect the product.
  3. Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Refund processing typically takes 3–7 business days after the item is received.
